Specialist Terms

1. Independent contractor

You work as an independent contractor, not as an employee, worker, agent or partner of Dexaro kj OÜ. You decide whether and when to accept requests, and you use your own equipment and methods. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship or entitles you to a salary, holiday pay, benefits or a minimum amount of work.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to your own earnings.

2. Who can be a specialist

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

You must not be established in, resident in, or acting from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba, and you must not be a person targeted by sanctions. We refuse applications, and suspend accounts, that fall within these restrictions.

You must give accurate information in your application and keep your details, including your bank details, up to date.

3. Identity verification

We verify your identity before we approve your application and before your first withdrawal. You upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) as part of the application.

Your ID is stored privately in our database — never at a public link — and is visible only to the staff who review applications and payouts. We keep it for as long as you are a specialist and for up to 12 months after your account closes, or longer only where the law requires, and then delete it. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights over this data.

You may also add a CV to your application (PDF or Word). It is optional and used only to assess your application. Like your ID, it is stored privately in our database, is visible only to the staff who review applications, and is kept and deleted on the same schedule as your ID.

4. The work

Customers request either a written clip review (priced at 1000 credits) or a 30-minute live session (priced at 1500 credits). A request appears in your queue; the first specialist to accept it is assigned. A customer may also ask for a specific specialist, in which case only that specialist can accept it.

Response times: accept a request within 48 hours of it arriving if you intend to take it; deliver a written review within 3 working days of accepting it; confirm a live session time and send the meeting link within 2 working days of accepting it, and hold the session at the confirmed time.

Quality: reviews must be specific to the customer's material, honest and constructive, and written by you. Do not deliver AI-generated text as your own review. Do not accept requests you cannot complete on time.

If nobody accepts a request within 7 days it is cancelled and the customer's credits are returned; you are not paid for requests you did not complete.

5. Confidentiality of customer media

You will see the clips, notes and other material a customer shares with a request. Use it only to complete that request. Do not download it for any other purpose, share it, publish it, use it in your portfolio, or contact the customer outside the site. Delete any copy you made once the request is complete.

6. How earnings work

Customers pay CreatorClip in credits. When a customer books, the price is held from their balance. You earn the price of the request less a 15% platform fee: 850 credits for a review (1000 less 150) and 1275 credits for a live session (1500 less 225).

Your earning is credited when the customer accepts your delivery, or automatically 7 days after you deliver if the customer has neither accepted it nor raised a problem. If the customer raises a problem, our team reviews the request and decides whether it is settled (you are paid) or cancelled (the customer is refunded and you are not paid). Our decision is final for that request.

For payouts, credits are valued at €0.0703 each — the lowest price at which we sell credits. Your console shows your available, pending and withdrawn earnings in credits and their euro value.

7. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your available earnings from €50.00 up to €10,000.00 per request (in credits at the rate above), one request at a time.

Withdrawals are paid only by manual bank transfer, to the account in your name that you gave us. Each request is reviewed manually and is normally paid within 5 working days. We may ask for further identity or account checks before paying, and we may decline a withdrawal that we reasonably believe is linked to fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, telling you why.

Bank charges made by your own bank are yours. Credits have no cash value other than through a withdrawal under these Terms.

8. No direct payments

You must never ask for or accept payment, tips or any other value from a customer directly, or move a customer's work off CreatorClip to be paid elsewhere. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings connected to that customer.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop taking requests or close your specialist profile at any time; finish or hand back any request you have already accepted first.

We may pause or terminate your specialist profile if you breach these Terms, repeatedly miss response times, receive repeated upheld complaints, give false information, or if the law requires it. Earnings that were already available when we terminate remain payable, unless they are connected to fraud or a breach of the no-direct-payments rule.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in your console before they apply to new requests. Continuing to accept requests after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
