Payment Terms

Last updated: 21 September 2026

These Payment Terms explain how payments work on CreatorClip. You can pay in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) — your choice. By buying credits you agree to these terms, which should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Pay-per-use credits

CreatorClip is not a subscription. You buy credits in one-time packs, or choose a custom amount, and spend them only when you run an action. There is no recurring billing, no membership fee and nothing is charged on a schedule. New accounts start with a limited number of welcome credits so you can try the service before buying.

2. How pricing works

Each action has a credit cost that is shown before you run it. Each pack has the same price figure in either currency — a €9 pack is $9 if you pay in US dollars — and prices are the same on the pricing page, your dashboard and at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. We may change the price of credit packs or actions for future purchases; changes never affect credits you have already bought.

3. Where costs are shown

The cost of every action appears on the button before you confirm it, and every purchase and deduction is recorded in your credit ledger so you can see exactly where your credits go. You can review your balance and history at any time from your dashboard.

4. Currency

You choose to pay in euros (EUR, €) or US dollars (USD, $) when you top up, and you are charged in the currency you chose. A single top-up can be from €1 to €20,000, or from $1 to $20,000. If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.

5. Accepted cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider; your full card details are entered with that provider and are never stored on our servers. Card purchases may be introduced in stages, so the packs and payment options shown to you at checkout are the ones currently available.

6. When credits are added

Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed. If a payment is confirmed but credits do not appear, contact us and we will put it right.

7. Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined or fails to complete, no credits are added and you are not charged. This can happen for reasons outside our control, such as insufficient funds or your bank declining the transaction; please check with your card issuer or try again.

8. Failed actions

Credits are only deducted when an action succeeds. If an action fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your balance automatically — you are never charged for a failed generation.

9. Refunds

Unused credit purchases can be refunded within 14 days, and part-used purchases refunded pro rata for the unused portion. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details and how to request a refund.
