Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Dexaro kj OÜ (registry code 17547926), registered in Estonia with its registered address at Hooldekodu tee 23a-48, 13914 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy request or question, email privacy@creatorclip.tech.

2. What data we collect

Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and any profile or settings you save.

Content you submit: the clips, voiceovers, scripts and other media or text you send in for coaching, and the results we generate for you.

Transaction data: your credit balance, credit ledger, purchase records and the limited billing details needed to process a payment (we do not receive or store your full card number).

Usage and technical data: log data such as device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from it, timestamps, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — basic usage analytics.

Communications: messages you send us by email or through the Telegram bot, and our replies.

Requests to a real video editor: what you write in the request, the clip you choose to share with it, the specialist's delivery, and the status and credit movements of the request.

If you apply to work as a video editor: your full name, country of residence, languages, experience, skills, portfolio links and bio; your bank details for payouts (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, bank country); a copy of a government-issued ID; your CV, if you choose to add one; the version and time of the Specialist Terms you accepted; and your earnings and withdrawal records.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: create and manage your account; run the core coaching loop and return your results; process credit purchases and maintain your ledger; keep your history available to you; provide customer support; secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse; understand and improve how the service performs; and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you submit to train our own or anyone else's AI models.

4. AI processing

To generate results we send the content you submit to third-party AI processing providers — for example, providers of video-understanding, language, image, speech and music-generation models — acting as our processors. They process your content only to return a result to you, under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms, and are not permitted to use it to train their own models. The specific providers may change as we improve the service; an up-to-date list of the AI sub-processors we use is available on request from privacy@creatorclip.tech.

5. Specialists and the media you share

When you hire a video editor, the specialist who accepts the request sees your note and, if you attach one, the clip you uploaded for it — nothing else from your account. Specialists are independent contractors bound by confidentiality under our Specialist Terms: they may use what you share only to complete that request and must delete any copy afterwards. Other specialists see only a request's note and type until one of them accepts it. Your email address is not shown to specialists.

6. Specialist identity documents and bank details

If you apply to be a video editor, we use your ID document only to verify your identity before approving you and before your first withdrawal, and to meet our legal obligations (including sanctions screening). It is stored privately in our database — never at a public link — and can be opened only by the staff who review applications and payouts, through an access-controlled page. Your bank details are used only to pay your withdrawals.

We keep ID documents and bank details for as long as you are a specialist and for up to 12 months after your specialist profile closes (or after a declined application), or longer only where the law requires, and then delete them. Earnings and withdrawal records are kept as financial records for as long as the law requires. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.

Adding a CV to your application is optional (PDF or Word). If you add one, we use it only to assess your application. It is stored privately in our database in the same way as your ID document — never at a public link — and can be opened only by the staff who review applications. We keep and delete it on the same schedule as your ID document, described above.

7. Legal bases for processing

We rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the service, run actions and process purchases); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights); your consent (for non-essential cookies and any optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations (for example, keeping legal and accounting records).

8. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you logged in, remember your cookie choice and — only with your consent — measure basic usage. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies from the banner or through Manage Cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full details.

9. Sharing and sub-processors

We share personal data only as needed to run the service: with the AI processing providers described above; with hosting, database, email and messaging (Telegram) providers; and with payment providers that process your card payment. We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business reorganisation, merger or sale, in which case we will ensure your data stays protected. All our processors act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

10. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data in other countries. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards so your data stays protected to the same standard. You can ask us for more detail at privacy@creatorclip.tech.

11. Retention

We keep your account and history for as long as your account is open. Specialist ID documents, CVs and bank details follow the separate retention period described above. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data — your profile, sessions, submitted content, generated results and activity history — from the live service within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal and accounting reasons (for example, purchase records), which we keep for as long as the law requires and then delete. Routine encrypted backups are cycled out on a rolling basis.

12. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and least-privilege practices for our team and processors. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of any breach where the law requires.

13. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to access, correct, export (data portability), delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can download a full export of your data or delete your account at any time from Settings, or email privacy@creatorclip.tech to make a request; we respond within the timeframes the law allows. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), our lead supervisory authority (www.aki.ee), or with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

14. Children

The service is not directed at children and is intended only for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@creatorclip.tech and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
