- Is there a subscription?
- No. CreatorClip never charges you on a schedule. You buy credits once and spend them only when you run an action.
- What are credits?
- Credits are what each action costs. You see the price on every button and track every deduction in your credit ledger.
- Which cards can I use?
- Visa and Mastercard. Your card details are handled securely and never stored on our servers.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — unused credit purchases can be refunded to your original card within 14 days. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
USING IT
- What happens if an action fails?
- You are not charged. The credits reserved for a failed action are released back to your balance automatically.
- What can I send in?
- A raw clip, a voiceover, or just a script — through the web app or straight into the Telegram bot.
- Which platforms do you cover?
- TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and Telegram. The batch action adapts hooks and captions for all four in one run.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings and use Delete Account. This removes your profiles, sessions and history.
